We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any services at any time without prior notice.

3. Booking and Payment

• Booking Process: To confirm a booking, you must provide all required personal and payment information through the ThrillTrail website or by contacting our customer service team.

• Payment: Payments for tours must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Accepted forms of payment include credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.

• Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made between 15 to 30 days before departure will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the total booking amount.

  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount.

• Refunds: Refunds are processed according to the cancellation policy and will be made within 14 days after approval.

4. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during the booking process.

• Adhere to all safety instructions provided by the ThrillTrail team during tours.

• Follow the guidelines and regulations of the countries, regions, and venues visited.

• Be responsible for your own belongings, including personal items and valuables.

• Health Requirements: It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in good health and physically capable of participating in the selected tours. Some tours, especially treks or outdoor adventures, may require physical fitness or medical clearances.

• Medical Emergencies: In case of medical emergencies during your trip, ThrillTrail will assist in contacting local medical facilities, but all medical expenses are your responsibility.

• Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, including health and accident coverage, before participating in our tours.

6. Changes to the Itinerary

ThrillTrail reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule the itinerary of a tour in cases of unforeseen circumstances, such as:

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative arrangements or issue partial refunds when necessary.
